Yes, Subaru has to work hard and be really creative. Every electric vehicle inherently possesses low center of gravity (low slung battery pack). All wheel drive is achievable by two, front and rear electric motors. No driveshaft, just electric wires. Four electric motors, one per wheel, could enhance maneuverability and torque vectoring, lower further the gravity center, and could even out-perform differential locks when facing tough terrain. Undercarriage camera that lets the driver monitor hidden rocks that could hit the cars underpinning, plus auto-braking (or without) is also a nice feature.
