Left out several important factors (I'm guessing intentionally). After the 10k price difference, the TLX runs on premium the Accord does not so you might as take 3-4 miles a gallon off the TLX's gas mileage. To get matching features on the TLX you have to add both the advance and tech packages. Much fewer Acura dealerships around compared to Honda make it harder to get to one for service and an Acura oil change alone is $130 while an Accord is $40. You can image how much more other services cost at Acura over Honda. While the TLX may handle better and have a better sound system, it is a half second slower than the Accord. Paying that much more for a car that is slower makes little sense.I actually love the TLX for its styling and sound system, it makes no sense to purchase one over an Accord.
