Yes, Tesla delivered 500K units globally in 2020. Just under, but who's counting? And roughly 204,000 in the US in 2020 according to Clean Technica. We'd know the exact numbers, but Tesla doesn't say. So, Toyota's Highlander, Tacoma, RAV4, Camry, and Corolla each outsell the combined volume of Tesla in America.
