I just took ownership of a 2020 RAV4 hybrid XSE who's VIN falls under the Toyota Service bulletin for a faulty Fuel Gauge Sender. However, according to Toyota because my RAV4 is at 161k miles they said it's outside of warranty.

Is this true? Am I just out of luck??
