I owned 2018 Mirai is 100% agree with you...on everything. I reached out to Tustin Toyota and they told me to call Toyota Brand Engagement Center at 800-331-4331 for complaint. This is Toyota headquarters and they record the whole conversation and will report to the authorities. I encourage everyone give them a call, and express our NO FUEL and high price of hydrogen. However, the lady answered my call did say Toyota has no control over the fuel price since it's controlled by the filling station. I did write to CA governor for solution since CA government was supporting and promoting Hydrogen fuel cell car. We should ask Toyota to either 1) issue a new fuel card for additional $15,000 value, or 2) buy back all 10,000+ Mirai on the street and give existed owners a fair trade in value for replacement. We need to act together to let our voice heard.
