I purchased the ID 4 over the Mustang mainly over the sloping roof line. The ID 4 just seemed like it had way more cargo space whether it really does or not. Also you are very correct in pointing out that the ID 4 drives more like a conventional ICE SUV. I traded a Chevy Bolt and I do miss the regen braking. Biggest gripes of the ID 4 is the frustrating infotainment system, and why doesn't the climate controls light up at night!
