I have had the 245/55/19 version on a 2014 mdx for over 1 year and in the 5000 plus miles average over 26 MPG I have seen around 25MPG in stop and go with almost 33MPG highway. The tires are the same as the OEM Michelin were for mileage.

Question why do smaller new cars get worse gas mileage than my 3.5 v6/6speed auto 3 row mdx?
