Just wanted to thank you so much for this tire test! We have a year old 2021 cx-5 signature, and I’m almost certain that this will be our replacement tire when the time comes. Car only has 6,000 miles on it, and wife drives slow and steady, so will use OEM tires for a few more years, and then switch to these. Read your article on CX-5 turbo oil consumption, and in my experience, turbo cars always use more oil, especially if remote start is used every day in cold weather, and high speed trips are taken. Ours uses 3/4 quart in 5000 miles, and I would rather add a little oil between changes, than have a new motor torn apart with uncertain outcome. I consider this amount of oil usage , and feel if wife did not use remote start every day, which I know causes oil dilution, it would be a non issue. Thanks again for tire test! Bill in NJ
