I checked out an XLE at a dealership. I don't remember the front and second row seat comfort, but I was astonished as to how uncomfortable the 3rd row was. I could see if it was an SUV... you don't expect 3rd rows to be that comfortable in an SUV. But in a minivan the 3rd row should be comfortable even for adults and it was not in the new Sienna. The cushion is hard and short and the roof a little too low. My Odyssey is much better in this regard!!!
