Most dealers offer a pickup/delivery service for their Service Depts now. Many have had Loaner Cars for 20 years or more. Where have you been?
If you think Tesla has a great reputation for Service, you're either naive or living under a rock. Tesla service is a decided weak point in their business model so far. Ask ANY Tesla owner.
