I’ve been using Mobil One since 1980, changing every 10,000 miles. I bought new a1984 Pontiac STE which has a digital dash showing oil pressure. After 200,000 miles we pulled the valve covers and everything looked like new! No gunk, just shiny rocker arms and the top of the heads looked like new. I’ve used it ever since, even in my race cars. I’m sold.
(As an aside the oil cans from ‘84 said to change the filter every 10,000 miles and to change the oil every 27,000 miles!)
