It is called a MFD (multi-function display). Toyota Prius Hybrid 2006-2009 Radio Dash Info Display part number 86110-47081, this is without navigation. Just make sure to press around the edges of the screen and remove the dirt with a credit card, it may work. Worked for me. Otherwise a used unit could run from $200-$300, but easy fix, with a Phillips screw driver and 10mm socket wrench. YouTube it. GL
