I think Subaru's "truck" should be offered with a conventional modern auto trans as well as a manual and a low range of at least a 3:1 ratio with lockable center and rear differentials (rear live axle?) for true off road capability.
Make it a real truck not like that Honda Ridgeline faux truck.
