Only two touches are required to turn on the front seat warmers or heated steering wheel on my 2023 Ioniq 5. First, push the "Warmer" button on the dash (just below the "Climate" button. This brings up the appropriate screen on the infotainment screen. Then one touch and you're done. Rear seats get their own physical warmer button on the top trim.
