A decade or so ago ICEing a charging spot could get you parking ticket in California. Maybe it’s time to raise the bar on that. Higher penalty and more aggressive ticketing. If the ticket cost was added to your annual registration renewal you would all but certainly have to pay it. The additional revenue would pay the additional cost.
