I've had a 2020 LE that got totalled so I ended up buying a 21 PHV Rav4. Of course there's lots of noise on the highway, Its still just Rav4, my wifes NX version is about 500lbs heavier, worse gas mileage and slower. It's much quieter though, and more expensive.. why are people complaining about an economy level vehicle. Also you shouldn't start an online article with don't believe everything you see online.
