I have a '22 Highlander Limited and it does have a lot of wind noise as well noisy.tires. The noise becomes a lot more pronounced on rough road surfaces - concrete worn with spike tire damage and old blacktop. On new paving sections, the noise level is much lower. Other than that, it is a great car with not too horrible gas mileage.
