Toyota has been ZERO help to me in trying to buy a new SUV for the past 9 months. (Mind you I am a loyal Honda owner) and would be a 1st time Toyota owner. I have even traveled 3 hours away from home to a dealership that had my vehicle only to be told I needed to pay an additional 5k "market cost" over MSRP to obtain the vehicle that I wanted. Toyota is going down hill very fast with customer satisfaction.
