I have a 2022 Rav4 hybrid and we cant get over 35.8 in the city. Theres just to many red lights. Constant stop and go. thats what i attribute the city low mileage average. id have to drive long roads no stoping to get probably 40MPG but on the highway we still get about the same mileage i even turn off cruise control and feather the throttle back and glide a lot but yet still cant make it to 40mpg. The car is 5 months old with about 2400 miles on it. Any suggestions
