I have to laugh when my Subaru dealer sends me email offerings on trading in my low mileage well maintained 2015 Outback for basically the same car at today's prices. If they had an Outback plug in hybrid with 40-50 mile range, I probably would consider buying one, but suspect by the time they get around to offering one I will have bought from another manufacturer because Subaru will likely miss their targets and it won't show up until 2027. Crosstrek doesn't have the required range and it doesn't suit my needs. Another note to Subaru USA, see the above comments, you are leaving money on the table
