I just bought at Rav 4 a few days ago and I already regret it. The subscription fees were not disclosed by the sales staff. Now as I look at the entertainment system I find there are fees attached to most of the features that were talked up by the sales staff. This was a bait and switch approach that I find unethical. I'm not sure what my next steps will be. But I will not be keeping this car for very long. And I certainly will never buy anything from this dealer or any other Toyota product --- ever!
