I have a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid and I can count on one hand how many times I have switched to anything but ECO. Admittedly, I drive mostly city driving. Occasionally, if I have to merge into fast traffic, I've put it into Sport mode, but ECO works great for 99% of my driving. Average around 40 mpg. A little less in winter here in upstate NY.
