Scotty is right. There is no infrastructure of any way shape or form: Not enough places to charge. Not enough electric plants. No Mechanic's to fix them. Parts are and will be in short supply. Homes will have to have their electric panels and wireing up upgraded, at extra costs. Insurance will be higher. As is starting to happen now, when the battery packs are depleted, they'll cost more to replace, than the vehicles are worth. So after 7-10 years, people will have to junk them, and buy another. That will be a endless cycle of car payments. There aren't any places to disassemble and recycle them. Where is all this money going to come from, OUR POCKETS. We need to let the government know, that we are not ready, in anyway, shape or form, to have EV'S, shoved down our throats. Hybrid's make more sense, to do first. That would give us the time to get ready for EV'S.
