Try 2024 maybe. I ordered a 2022 RAV4 Hybrid Limited in Feb 22. Was just notified that it will be shipped some time between March 20 and April 1. The wait times after Feb 22 have gotten even worse according to sources. Better to get a 2024 in Jan/Feb than a 2023 in Nov/Dec.
