This JD power survey is way off base and so is the author. Having chosen a cx-5 over a lexus nx300 recently which didn’t have a heads up display, this article is just not even close to relevant. My lady’s late model audi a6 is nearly all touch screen and it is a pain in the arse to try to use while driving.
