I declined the connected services for my 2021 Camry. We did not have the free trial for connected services but a little over a year after buying the car we get a download error message that won't allow us to use features that have nothing to do with the connected services. I'm being told my only option is to purchase the connected services. Sounds like extortion to me. I'm taking it to the dealer again on Monday. It's total garbage that I would have to purchase a product I don't want so that my vehicle's other function will work properly. How many other Toyota owners have had to go through this?
