I had been looking for a new Rav4 Prime XLE all last year. I put out notices to some of my nearby dealers. I got an email from I-10 Toyota saying they had the vehicle I wanted. I met the salesman the next morning (9/22/2023). It was a 2022, but I bought it anyway.

My Toyota Connect was free for 1 year. Now I learn that the 2023 has it free for 10 years. I just got an email to start my $8 a month charge for this on the 1 year anniversary of my purchase.

Are other buyers feeling cheated by this fact? What do you think the chances of Toyota extending the 10 year free deal to 2022 buyers?
