Hmmm- you are comparing two different vehicle categories. Jeep is a real off-roader with great on road manners. Outback is not an off-roader by any stretch so it’s more appropriate to compare with a Rav4. CR reviews are head scratching since they are often based on limited data. Take the Genesis- the brand was considered reliable until you actually had data. How can CR or anyone predict reliability on a new model? Subaru as a brand is not considered a long term reliable brand. It’s CVT and crappy media UI is the worst. CR is a joke.
