Thanks for the great article, John. I would love to get this unit, but it's not offered for hard wiring. You'd think something as economical would try to be even MORE economical by letting the consumer hard wire the unit! I tried to find info on a variation of this unit to no avail.
Does it look like someone could remove the power cord and easily install #6s inside, or would that be impossible? I would also need to run conduit into it. Hate the waste of throwing out the cord anyway! Thanks, Bill
