The article clearly states: "assuming the demand for the Cybertruck is about 1 million units per year." Not 1 million in total, 1 million PER YEAR. Not even Ford sells 1 million F-series in a year. There's not a snowball's chance in hell Tesla can make 1 million CTs a year - in any year. And that's assuming there's 1 million people wanting to buy one every year as well.
