Maybe people, like myself, feel that 2024 will not have a manual transmission available with new front collision avoidance regulations coming into place. I feel this might be last chance to own a WRX without a CVT transmission, and fancy Recaro seats don't make it not suck. Therefore I decided to buy a 2023 WRX so I wouldn't feel like I got screwed over like Subaru did to us with their lack of notice on the last year of making STI in 21.
