It's not about the Signing Bonus, we are more concerned about the Harsh attendance Policy and the fact that there is no cap on the amount of Tier 2 Employees the Company will be able to Hire over the next 4 Years.......
We have asked for certain NON Financial Issues to be addressed and the Company did not even attempt to meet us half way.........
