I own a 2019 Subaru Outback and the head unit has failed. It acts as though something, is stuck between the screen and the touch surface. When using maps, it will get stuck in a loop and you have no idea where you are supposed to go. When using the phone, it will repeatedly redial the last number. While listening to the radio, it will pull up the Sirius XM guide, then change to channel 0 before locking itself, which requires a reboot.
