We bought a 2019 Subaru Outback about a month ago, and the head unit needs to be replaced. We can’t update the system because the buttons don’t respond to touch. Our phone has no sound through the unit, so we cannot use hands free. The maps don’t darken at night so we have this blinding display once the sun goes down. Love the car and would buy another one, but I really wish they would get this fixed!
