I have a 2021 Crosstrek with STARLINK issues. It stopped working at some point and then my battery started dying frequently. This has been an ongoing problem for the better part of a year, maybe more. The dealer is replacing the Data Control Module under my extended warranty but charging me a deductible and for the back up battery, which they recommend but say isn’t required. I’m going to argue the fees and hope this finally fixes the problems.
