I have a 2020 Outback that started having problems within 2 months of owning the vehicle. I had a back and forth with Subaru, even them blaming me saying that I turned off the screen. Not sure why or how I would want to turn something off that I was using to drive from the Midwest to the East Coast. I have all the videos of the deteriorations of the head unit that I could safely get while driving. I took them to arbitration and won, but SOA doesn’t want to pay.
