Only the Crosstrek Wilderness is made in Indiana for the Canadian market
And all 2.5L Crosstrek models in the USA are made in Indiana
That's why I drive a Forester, 100% Japanese made and comes stanard with the 2.5L motor, it is as fast as gets the same MPG as the 2.5L Crosstrek Sport that cost $2,000 more to get the 2.5L motor vs the base Forester, only 120 lb heavier than the Crosstrek and the same interior room as the Outback, but you would never know it to look at them side by side, but numbers don't lie
That is why the Forester has the best resale value
Look up the MSRP of all of them from 2019 (5 years old) around 100,000 km's each base models
Then look what they retail for
