I currently own a 2022 OutbackTouring model, and have owned Subarus since 1983. I am very disappointed to hear this news. Currently there are few charging stations to be found, and the technology for rapid charging has yet to be developed. I am not willing to spend an hour or more out of my trip waiting for batteries to charge. I am not against EVs but feel this is extremely premature. I have been a loyal Subaru owner over the past years and hate to think that may have to change.
