Mopar Promising to Electrify Crowds at SEMA

It is almost time for the largest aftermarket parts show in the world. Mopar is already planning to charge up the crowd.

The Specialty Equipment Market Association Show or SEMA takes place every year in Las Vegas, centered at the Las Vegas Convention Center. This year, SEMA runs from October 31-November 3. In the past SEMA has been a huge show for Mopar, Jeep, Chrysler, Ram and Dodge. Mopar typically shows how its products can modify the Stellantis vehicles, creating true customs of every shape and size. In the past, we have seen specialty Ram 1500 trucks, tricked out for overlanding, as well as modified Jeeps with huge tires and underbody protection, ready to take on any trail.

Mopar Planning a Jolt for the 2023 SEMA Crowds

So far, all Mopar is saying is: “A serious charge is coming from Mopar at the 2023 SEMA Show, Oct. 31 – Nov. 3, in Las Vegas. Stay tuned.” The cryptic post appeared along with the featured photo. Mopar offered no further explanation, and no indication of what vehicles will be featured. All we know is that the modifications will be electrical enhancements of some sort.

Mopar

Mopar is the global name for Stellantis genuine parts and authentic accessories. Mopar is a combination of the words MOtor and PARts. In recent years, several of the Mopar customizations featured at SEMA have been so popular that the brands have adopted them as packages that can be ordered straight from the factories. Usually, Mopar and the brands give us more hints and sneak peeks about what they will be showcasing at SEMA. We can only hope that there will be more clues coming before the show starts on Halloween.

SEMA

The SEMA Show attracts nearly 200,000 people every year. It has 1.2 million square feet of exhibit space and an additional 1 million square feet of features and attractions on parking lots outside the Convention Center. The Specialty Equipment Market Association trade organization represents the nearly $50 billion automotive aftermarket industry.
