This makes no sense. You're clearly not taking into account the fact that the UK uses WLTP ratings, and the US uses EPA ratings.

Also, no car EVER comes close to their WLTP ratings. And Tesla uses the five-cycle EPA testing, instead of the more accurate two-cycle test, that consistently overestimates an EVs range.
I wouldn't expect a significant increase in range for the new car. Nor do I believe it will achieve anywhere near whatever they release as the estimated range. Tesla notoriously over promises on their range. Hopefully the new refresh helps a bit though. And I can't wait for them to update the Y to the same exterior design.
