Subaru's are exceptionally good vehicles. They hold onto the road, better than just about any other vehicle. This the reason why the driver of such a vehicle might be inclined to exceed the speed limit, is because these vehicles give the driver such command, on the road, that they ARE safe when driven at such speeds.

A Subaru driver when forced to drive below the speed limit using serious danger of falling asleep!
