I own a 2019 subaru forester, bought in 2020 and my thermo control valve went out not even a year later. I went to the dealership to see what was wrong and was quoted 2 grand for them to even open it up and more charges depending on the problem. I decided to investigate myself and found out the code and tried to get a replacement part and I couldn't get my hands on one. They took my money for the part but 3 days later they canceled the order. This happened 3 times. Anyways I'd love to be part of this lawsuit. Subaru really turned its back on people and then, once they made a fix for it, did little to nothing to tell their customers.
