Thermal control valve failed at 72000 mi on my 2020 Outback. Repair costs $1600. Subaru tech said it happens often. Besides the $ cost, wasted time making 2 trips to dealer since had to get a loaner car. So much for Subaru being reliable (not!). Crazy to not have recall and have to go thru a lawsuit. Poor customer support by Subaru.
