You could also compare how many kms/hour get charged. Or how many kms/60% charge - the distance you get with 80%...20%. Even my cell phone charges 50% in 15 mins, but that isn't comparable with anything if you don't know how long will it work with 50%.

The only point in comparing the stop times, is, if you have enough time to eat/have a coffee before the car is ready to move on. Ie. If the car can benefit from the charging for the whole stop time (doesn't get full and stop charging), the next stop will be shorter, or could even be skipped.
