Many trucks are capable of doing impressive truck-like things, and I’m sure the Cybertruck will check its share of boxes too. But I bet a majority of Cybertruck buyers, like sooo many other truck buyers/owners, will never haul anything in the bed other than maybe a Christmas tree once a year. The closet thing they will get to off-roading will be clearing the speed bumps in the mall parking lot. And towing will never even be a thought. …. So who really cares what this or most any other truck is “capable” of doing if it likely won’t get utilized?

But hey, at least the drivers “look cool” driving them right? Well in the case of the Cybertruck, that’s highly debatable. People either love the look or hate it. …. I can’t help but notice that the Tesla Model S cars have looked basically the same since they started rolling off the assembly line in 2012, and same with the Model X since 2015. So love it or hate it, the stylings of the Cybertruck are probably going to stay the same for a long time.
