Trivial upgrades...I mean decals? What about power and gas mileage? I have read that city mog still not great. We had a 1992 Legacy back in the day, worked pretty well, blew the head gasket at 150K mi and cost $5K to repair, but finally sold it after 13 years and iver 200K for $1500.
