Great artivle! BMS's (Battery Management Sensors) seem the way to go then with Lithium-ion batteries. Could you do an article on them? Do they use them in cordless batteries sold in Home Depot. Never had a problem with them over the years. Are they driving the battery market the way notebook batteries did? Will we see solid state or sodium Batteries in Home Depot or other stores soon? Curious.
