I have a 2017 Forester so not sure I technically apply under this settlement, but I have this exact issue. Woke up one morning, went out to my car and the windshield had a crack in it. Attempted to get it replaced under our warranty paid for specifically to replace the windshield and a few phone calls and one hour drive later learned that they would not replace the windshield. Their reason? They only cover it if the damage occurred while driving. Total scam.
