This is just dumb. A car I have never heard of, a slow charging station, ChargeAmerica which sucks, a full battery....loading the deck to make the story as negative as possible. Three days ago I was on a road trip in my 2018 Model 3, stopped with 40% charge at a Tesla supercharger next to a Burger King, got a chicken sandwich and fries, and was only halfway done when charging stopped at 90%. Between 10 and 15 minutes. Is it longer than a gas station? Yes. Noticeably? No. And the full cost? About $9. To go from half a tank to a nearly full tank in my wife's SUV would be $50.
