It's hard to find new WRX and BRZ sports cars because Subaru builds so few. The high percentage that get tickets could be attributed to the low number sold, e.g., if 25 BRZs got tickets out of 100 sold, that's a simplistic 25%. I seriously doubt that 25,000 would get tickets if 100,000 were sold. Every other car on the list probably had higher sales but each one probably also had more with speeding tickets. But since there were more of them the percentage with tickets is smaller than the BRZ and WRX.

Very misleading, but loved by insurance companies. It allows them to raise premiums on everyone who owns the BRZ and WRX, instead of just the owners who got the tickets.
